West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership
Every health and care system in England has been asked to produce a sustainability and transformation plan (STP) to help ensure that health and care services are built around the needs of the local population.
The Health and Care Partnership brings together the region's NHS and Local Authority partners to create the STP for this area.
Bradford Council and NHS partners in the district have created a Bradford and Craven STP which also forms part of the West Yorkshire wide STP.
