Base Checks
The Licensing Terms and Conditions require you, as operators, to keep records of Licensed Operator Base Checks.
In order to help you do this we have attached two Checklist Documents which you may find useful in making sure that all checks are made and recorded accurately.

You may use the attached documents as they are or you may prefer to use them as a guide to producing your own checklist documents.
Whichever documents you prefer to use you must ensure that they are completed on time and retained in order to help you provide evidence that you are able to pass the Licensed Operator Base Checks.
