Notice of landowner deposit under section 15A(1) of the Commons Act 2006 Form CA16

The following Notice is to inform the public that the landowner has submitted a legal document stating that they do not intend their land to be registered as a Village Green

An application to deposit a statement under section 15A (1) of the Commons Act 2006 has been made in relation to the lands described below and shown edged red on the accompanying map.

Please note: Deposits made under section 15A (1) of the Commons Act 2006 may affect the ability to register such land as a town or village green under section 15 of that Act. Please see guidance at http://www.defra.gov.uk/rural/protected/greens for further information.

Description of the land: Land on the East side of Ainsbury Ave, Thackley Rd, Bradford, BD10 0TL. Grid reference SE17679 39061. As shown outlined in red on attached plan.

The deposit was submitted by Mark Appleby, Director, Thackley Association Football Club and was received by the Commons Registration Authority on 8 December 2025 and considered duly made on 8 December 2025.

In compliance with section 15B of the Commons Act 2006 the authority maintains a register of statements deposited under section 15A of the Act.

A copy of the public documents relating to the application may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY and may also be examined below.
