The Britannia House Customer Service Centre is on the Ground Floor on the corner of Broadway and Bridge Street.

The services available are:

• help with housing and housing related problems

• Planning and Building Control
• Youth Information Service
• a range of Council services

Opening times

We would ask that you try to avoid our busy period between 12 noon to 2pm as this will reduce the amount of time you will need to wait to see an advisor.

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 5pm
Friday: 8.30am to 4.30pm

Getting there

There are limited parking spaces on Bank Street and Broadway (charges apply). The nearest car park is at the Broadway Shopping Centre on Hall Ings (charges apply). City Hall is close to the Interchange and Forster Square Station.

Clean Air Zone

Bradford has a Clean Air Zone to improve the air quality in the District so some vehicles may be charged to drive in the zone.

Passenger cars and motorcycles will not be charged.
