You can report faulty street lights and traffic lights using the links below which take you to our My Requests system. You will need to register to do this if you have not used My Requests before.

We recommend using My Requests with a different web browser than Internet Explorer, such as Chrome or Safari.

Street light repairs are currently taking around eight weeks to complete. Please log your request online using the form above, and only contact us if the work isn't completed within eight weeks.

Emergencies

Some faults are classed as emergencies and we aim to get to these within two hours. Emergency faults include: 

• a missing door at the bottom of a column and electrical wires showing 
• the top of the light is hanging loose 
• street lights, illuminated signs or bollards damaged or knocked down by vehicles
• all traffic signals are out
