National and local information requirements
This local validation list can be used to check the information requirements when making applications for full planning permission, outline planning permission (with some matters or all matters reserved), reserved matters and applications for removal or variation of conditions (including minor material amendments) for proposals relating to:
- Provision of 1 to 9 dwellings or
- Development to be carried out on a site having an area of less than 0.5 hectares where the number of dwellings is not specified
- The provision of a building or buildings where the floor space to be created by the development is less than 1,000 square metres; or
- Development carried out on a site having an area of less than 1 hectare;
