Planning application fees are prescribed in The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications, Deemed Applications, Requests and Site Visits) (England) Regulations 2012 (as amended.

The correct fee can be obtained on the Planning Portal Fee Calculator. or the Council's scale of planning fees.
