For a young person an apprenticeship is the first step towards a long-term career. For an adult, an apprenticeship is a way to develop and learn new skills to enable career progression. A successful apprentice will gain an industry-recognised qualification, which gives them professional skills for life.

  • Level 2 to Level 5 qualifications - provide practical skills in specific occupational areas.
  • Functional skills transferable work-related skills e.g. English and maths
  • Knowledge based units to support the Apprenticeship Standard.

Eligible employees will have the opportunity to gain a qualification at either level 2 or 3.
