If you or your carer have any concerns, please discuss these with us so we can sort them out.

If this doesn’t help you have the right to use the formal complaints process.

You can:

send an email to complaints.officer@bradford.gov.uk.
telephone the Complaints Unit on 01274 436820 to make your complaint.
write to us at FREEPOST BRADFORD COUNCIL. Please write "Complaints Unit" on the back of the envelope.

If we have done something well, please let us know. Your compliments will be shared with the team or member of staff who has done a good job.
