Complete one of the forms on this page and send it with a stamped addressed envelope and your payment to:
Bradford and Keighley Register Office
You can pay with a cheque or postal order made payable to Bradford Council.
We will post the certificate back to you.
We will post the certificate to you or you can collect it from City Hall, Bradford.

All certificates ordered using the priority service will be processed the next working day and then posted first class. All other certificates will be processed within 10 working days and then posted second class.
Family history applications do not take priority and may take longer to prepare.
