If you haven't exercised for a while, have an existing medical condition for which you're being treated or any other concerns about your health, have a chat with your G.P. before taking part in any physical activity.
Sessions are constantly being added and times and days of existing sessions may change. We recommend that you contact the Centres or Swimming Pools before attending.
If you are a resident of the Bradford Metropolitan District aged 60 or over, or receiving benefit, you may be eligible for a Bradford Leisure Card.
