New developments including conversions of residential and commercial premises £150 per phase plus £20 per plot/unit £50 per registered building name Covers the cost of investigations and consultations, and notification to internal and external organisations, officer time and resources.
Retrospective address processing for new developments including conversions of residential and commercial premises £200 per phase £30 per plot £100 per registered building name Covers the cost of investigations and consultations, and notification to internal and external organisations, officer time and resources.

Street numbering request for existing street where previously only named houses No fee This is because it is in the interests of the residents and emergency services to have all properties numbered into the street.
Issuing of amended address information following an error on the Council’s LLPG database or Royal Mail PAF. No fee Where an error has occurred, it is not reasonable to apply a charge in order to correct an address database, except where the problem has arisen as a direct consequence of development occurring without the required planning and/or Building Regulation permissions
