Notice is given by the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council that it intends to dispose of land known as land lying to the North of Cleckheaton Road, Low Moor (also known as Raw Nook Nature Reserve and other land) being approximately 100,160m² in size which forms part of land registered with Land Registry under Title No. WYK484414 and which is open space land within the meaning of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.

The plan showing the open space being land lying to the North of Cleckheaton Road, Low Moor (also known as Raw Nook Nature Reserve and other land) that the Council proposes to dispose of may be viewed below.

Any objections or representations to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to either [email protected] or to Estate Management 1st Floor Argus Chambers Hall Ings Bradford BD1 1HZ quoting reference Bolland Street/POS no later than 12 noon on 2 June 2025. The grounds for any objection should be stated.
