This is a list of Business properties in the Bradford District, as held by Bradford Council’s Business Rates department in September 2016. This list includes:

These are standard management reports produced every two months and will usually be posted by 5th of the month. It shows the current credits held against the account. We are unable to provide the year the credit falls into.
This report is checked and monies returned to customers once the working procedures have been followed.
Credits due to vacations are returned once authorisation from the customer is received, these are regularly followed up to ensure monies are returned.
Credits due to overpayments are refunded when they appear on this list.
Credits relating to valuation changes are returned as soon as any interest has been calculated, usually within 20 days of the council being notified of the change.

This contains credits that are written on to cover amounts that remain unclaimed after our procedures have been followed.
Please note: We are only able to produce this list from 1 April 2008 following a system conversion.
This list will next be updated around the 5th July 2016.
This list, published monthly on about the 20th of each month, shows all new accounts set up whether it is occupied, empty or exempt. The list includes ratepayer name where this is not an individual, Address, Rateable Value and property description.
