1) General list of business properties in the Bradford District 

This is a list of Business properties in the Bradford District, as held by Bradford Council’s Business Rates department. The list is published on a six-monthly schedule (in April and October). The list includes:

• property reference number
• full property address
• current rateable value
• current VOA analysis code
• property use (such as workshop, offices, public house, warehouse)
• liability start date

2) New Business Rate accounts created

This list is published on a quarterly schedule (in April, July, October, and January) with details of new Business Rates accounts created. The list includes:

• property reference number
• full property address
• current rateable value
• current VOA analysis code
• property use (such as workshop, offices, public house, warehouse)
• liability start date
