Bradford Employment Hub supports people into work, apprenticeships and other learning and training opportunities, supported by the European Social Fund.

If you are aged 15+ and looking for work, apprenticeships or further learning and training opportunities, this section is for you and you could benefit from support to help you with your journey.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible for this additional support, there are a few criteria that you need to meet. You have to be:

  • living in Bradford District
  • aged 18+
  • in full-time education, looking to leave and progress into work, including apprenticeships or
  • unemployed or
  • claiming Employment Support Allowance or
  • not working and not claiming benefits
  • eligible to work full-time in the UK

Youth Engagement and Progression 2

  • A Young Person residing in the Bradford district aged 15 to 24
  • Unemployed and seeking support in Education, Training or Employment
  • Young people will received individual support tailored to their needs
  • Programme is part funded through the European Social Fund
  • The programme is managed by Leeds City Council in partnership with City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council.

Employment Hub Mental Health

  • A Young Person residing in the Bradford district aged 15 to 24
  • Not in education, employment or training (NEET), or at risk of becoming NEET
  • Mental Health & Wellbeing are barriers to accessing or remaining in education, employment or training
  • Young people will received individual support tailored to their needs
  • Programme is part funded through the European Social Fund
  • The programme is managed by Leeds City Council in partnership with City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council.

Bradford Employment Hub is part funded through the European Social Fund. It pulls together a number of projects aimed at supporting Bradford District residents into employment, education and or training, including the Leeds City Region Employment Hub managed by West Yorkshire Combined Authority, Youth Engagement and Progression Programme managed by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council and the Employment Hub Mental Health Programme managed by Leeds City Council in partnership with City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council.
