Cathedral Precinct Conservation Area Assessment

The Cathedral Precinct Conservation Area Assessment contains a detailed analysis of the character of the conservation area and describes its special character and interest. The document and the revised conservation area boundary were approved by Bradford North and Bradford West Area Committees on 20 September 2005.

Cathedral Precinct Conservation Area Appraisal

The Cathedral Precinct Conservation Area Appraisal was undertaken in September 2007. The Appraisal is a means of updating the original assessment. The Appraisal considers authenticity, changes that have taken place, opportunities and threats to the Conservation Area. It also maps the key characteristics of the area and contains Management Proposals. Any changes that affect the designation of the Conservation Area will be reported to the relevant committee.

Bradford City Centre Conservation Area Appraisals - Masterplan Overview

This Overview relates to the findings of the four conservation area appraisals within Bradford City Centre, to the City Centre Masterplan Initiatives. The four conservation areas are Cathedral Precinct, City Centre, Goitside and Little Germany.
