A popular and busy centre with a state of the art fitness centre. The centre is located on the Thornton Grammar School campus and uses the school's facilities at evenings and weekends, with use throughout the day of the Fitness Centre. Use of the two fitness suites during the school day (8.30am to 2.30pm) is shared between the public and the school. Please refer to the timetable below to see which of the suites is available for public use at any particular time, or contact the centre.

50 individual pieces of equipment including treadmills, rowers, bikes, steppers, X-Trainers.
The site has 2 WATT Bikes – these are a great training tool for all level of cyclists from beginner to elite performer.
A full range of resistance equipment including machines, cables and free weights. The free weight options include Olympic bars.
The second fitness suite is also available for group bookings such as junior football/rugby teams. An instructor will be provided if teams do not have appropriately qualified staff. Contact the centre for details.
