West Park Pavilion and Veterans Hut, Girlington

An exciting opportunity has arisen to develop a new community space in West Park in the heart of Girlington.

The two buildings in West Park are available via the Community Asset Transfer (CAT) process.

The two buildings are available to a not-for profit or community interest company only (not commercial businesses) for the use of providing community activities under a long term, full repair and insuring lease so you would be able to secure long term funding.

The buildings do require some improvements for which your organisation would be responsible. Please see below for location and images of the buildings.
