Report a faulty street light or traffic light
How to report
You can report faulty street lights, bollards, lit road signs and traffic lights online using our My Requests system. You will need to register if you have not used My Requests before.

Repair times
We aim to repair faults within 10 working days.
Please log your request online and only contact us if the work isn't completed within 8 weeks.
Emergencies
Some faults are classed as emergencies. We aim to attend these within two hours.
Emergency faults include:
- a missing door at the bottom of a column and electrical wires exposed
- the top of the light hanging loose
- street lights, illuminated signs or bollards damaged or knocked down by vehicles
- all traffic signals out
