Planning Obligations SPD
The Planning Obligations SPD sets out how the Council will seek and deliver community benefits through the use of these legal agreements which are negotiated when a planning application is submitted to the Council. The SPD supports Policy UR6 of the Replacement UDP, as well as several other policies such as affordable housing, open space and recreation, and public art.
The Planning Obligations SPD was adopted by the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 25 October 2007.
