Menston Housing Sites SPD
The Menston Housing Sites SPD as adopted sets out development principles for two large housing sites in Menston at Derry Hill (S/H2.18) and Bingley Road (S/H2.17) allocated in the Replacement UDP.
The Council has produced an adopted Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for the housing sites at Bingley Road and Derry Hill, Menston. The adopted SPD sets out a planning framework for how these two major sites in the village should be developed for housing. The adopted SPD has been subject to both Council Executive and Regulatory and Appeals Committee approval.
