How to apply for the Travel Well Active Travel Ebike scheme:

  1. Please email [email protected] with your full name and a brief statement (maximum 100 words) explaining why you’d like to join the Ebike scheme to support your well-being. Once received, you’ll be assigned a Unique ID Number, which is personal to you and should not be shared.
  2. After receiving your Unique ID Number, please complete the Active Travel Social Prescribing (ATSP) survey. When completing the survey make sure to include: your Unique ID Number, the name of the organisation and the name of the person referring you.
  3. Once submitted, your survey responses will be reviewed against the scheme’s eligibility criteria. Based on this assessment, you will either be referred to the E-bike Library to begin your loan or be informed your application was unsuccessful. If successful, the E-bike Library
will contact you and schedule their own assessment and start the process of Ebike loan hire and wrap around support.

We kindly ask that you do not follow up on your application after submitting the survey, as this may cause delays in processing. Rest assured, all applications will be reviewed in due course.

Please note: If you choose not to accept the survey privacy notice and do not consent to the sharing of your anonymised data, we will unfortunately be unable to proceed with your referral to the Ebike Library. In such cases, your application will not be eligible for the
scheme.

If you require support or have further questions, please contact us on 07483 901017 or email [email protected].
