The National Planning Framework (NPPF) requires all Local Authorities to ensure a five year supply of deliverable land for new homes against their housing requirement.

The calculation of the supply is an important part of regular monitoring and takes into account of site viability information and development activity.

The most up to date 5 Year Housing Land Statement and earlier versions can be downloaded below. Ongoing monitoring and further evidence will continue to be undertaken to ensure the statement is kept up to date.
