How do I view MyInfo?
For Council Tax account information: you will need details from your Council Tax bill.

What is on MyInfo?
MyInfo is split into two parts:
1. Access your Council Tax account
Access your Council Tax account and view your council benefit summary
- view your Council Tax account
- view your council benefits account and any recent payments – note you must have a Council Tax account in order to view your benefit summary
- update your own contact details
- report a change in circumstances
- upload supporting documents, meaning you don’t have to visit us
- view your property details, such as your Council Tax band
