Notice is given by the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council that it intends to dispose of land to the rear of and adjacent to Bilton Place, Bradford, BD8 8JS which forms part of the land registered at the Land Registry under Title No. WYK935967 and known as Land on the west side of St Michaels Road, Bradford, and which is open space land within the meaning of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.
The plan showing the open space being the said land to the rear of and adjacent to Bilton Place, Bradford, BD8 8JS that the Council proposes to dispose of may be viewed below.
A copy of the plan can also be obtained by contacting Estate Management at EMPOS@bradford.gov.uk or at 2nd Floor Argus Chambers Hall Ings Bradford BD1 1HZ, who will upon request, arrange for persons to be sent a copy of the plan.
Any objections or representations to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to either EMPOS@bradford.gov.uk or to Estate Management 2nd Floor Argus Chambers Hall Ings Bradford BD1 1HZ quoting reference Land to Rear of Bilton Place / POS no later than 12 noon on 20 August 2026. The grounds for any objection should be stated.
