Notice is given by the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council that it intends to dispose of land known as Land at the back of 74-82 Sowden Road, Bradford which is registered with Land Registry under Title No WYK909538 and which is open space land within the meaning of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.

The plan showing the open space being Land at the back of 74-82 Sowden Road, Bradford that the Council proposes to dispose of may be viewed below.

Any objections or representations to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to either [email protected] or to Estate Management 1st Floor Argus Chambers Hall Ings Bradford BD1 1HZ quoting reference ARN52889/POS no later than 12 noon on 10, February 2026. The grounds for any objection should be stated.
