Booking council-owned outdoor spaces for events

If you interested in booking a council owned outdoor public space, you will need to contact the relevant team to secure permission.

Please note once permission is granted you will be required to complete a SAG notification form and provide all supporting documents as outlined on the Safety Advisory Group webpage.

It is the responsibility of the person booking the event space to ensure all relevant licences and paperwork are submitted and approved well in advance of the event.
