Unemployment in Bradford District
The most recent unemployment figures for May 2026 were published by the Office for National Statistics on 18 June 2026.
The data shows that 24,300 people were claiming unemployment benefit in May 2026 - a rate of 6.9% of the working age population an increase of 450 claimants since last month and a decrease of 1,210 claimants since May 2025.
