Highway infrastructure asset management strategy
The Highway Infrastructure Asset Management Strategy sets out how the Council will best manage the highway infrastructure network taking into consideration customer needs, local priorities, asset condition and best use of available resources. It presents the Council’s strategy for the management of highway assets and allows planning over both the short and long term, whilst delivering a minimum whole life cost approach.
