Bradford Waste Management DPD

Following consultation on the Proposed Modifications to the Waste Management DPD, a number of errors have been identified in the Sustainability Appraisal (SA) to the Proposed Modification and the Submission Draft.

The Sustainability Appraisal has now been reviewed in light of these errors and revised (including an erratum sheet in each document) as follows:

• Bradford Waste Management DPD Submission Draft Sustainability Appraisal Report Appendix 3
• Bradford Waste Management DPD Modification Addendum to the Sustainability Appraisal Report Appendix 1

It is the Council's opinion these amendments do not result in a material change to the results of the Sustainability Appraisal; therefore, the recommendations put forward within each SA are still valid.
