The Hot Food Takeaway Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)
The Hot Food Takeaway Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was formally adopted by the Council on 4 November 2014 at the meeting of the Council Executive.
The purpose of the Hot Food Takeaway SPD is to complement the aspirations of the Bradford Good Food Strategy and outlines the Council's approach to dealing with planning applications for new hot food takeaways.
This document supersedes the Cafes, Restaurants and Takeaways Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) adopted in 1983.
