In accordance with Regulation 14, Baildon Town Council produced a draft plan which was the subject of a formal consultation for 7 weeks which commenced on the 10 November until 4 January 2026. Comments submitted to the Town Council during this consultation helped inform changes to the document which will be submitted to Bradford Council under Regulation 15.
