The Housing Need report considers housing need in the context of the standard method prepared according to planning practice guidance (PPG) issued in December 2020. It also refers to the standard method calculation based on previous (February 2019) PPG.
The updated demographic evidence report considers underlying demographics of the District, alterative demographic scenarios, future economic scenarios and whether housing targets need to be adjusted to support economic growth.
