Evidence, data and monitoring

The Government requires Local Plans to objectively assess and then set out the accommodation needs of the Gypsy and Traveller and Travelling Showpeople communities and to identify suitable sites for the development of that accommodation.

The Council completed the most recent accommodation assessment update in 2021. The previous studies carried out are also available to view below.
