Youth Information Service

We are a free and confidential service, for all young people aged up to 25, based in Britannia House Customer Service Centre and Keighley Customer Service Centre.

Are you looking for someone to talk to about how you're feeling? We are here to listen. We understand you may have more than one thing going on in your life at the moment but tell us what's worrying you and we will find what help is available.

You can talk to a member of staff, in private if needed. Contact us at youthinfo@bradford.gov.uk and someone will call you back the next working day.

Can’t wait? Help in the evening or weekend is a text or phone call away!
