Hoarding Framework

Bradford Council and its partners have drawn up a Hoarding Framework (PDF). The Framework is supported by the Bradford Safeguarding Adults Board.

This Framework is written for all agencies and professionals within Bradford District area who are working with people who may hoard. The aim of the Framework is to create a safer and healthier environment for people who are hoarders, by making sure that relevant agencies work together in a planned way to find the best solution for them and for other people who may be affected by their hoarding behaviour.
