Why register for an account?

My Requests is a new online reporting tool that will allow residents to raise reports with us on certain issues.

It’s simple to use and is much quicker than calling our customer contact centre.

The main benefit of registering for an account is that updates will be sent by email, which means you will no longer need to contact us to be kept up to date.

• View details of any future contact with us
• Online forms are pre-filled with your personal details
• Save partially completed forms and return to them later
• Help us make savings by becoming more efficient
• Enable us to keep accurate information about you. This information will only be used in accordance with our privacy statement.

What can I report?

Currently, you can use My Requests to report or request:

• abandoned vehicles
• blocked drains and gullies
• bulky waste collections
• dangerous or stray dogs
• dog fouling
• graffiti
• fly tipping on council land
• fly tipping you have witnessed
• food safety issues
• help with your bin collections
• littering
• missed bins
• noise pollution
• potholes
• street cleaning issues
• street lighting issues
• traffic light issues
• wheelie bin repairs
