Wraparound childcare - communications toolkit (primary school ages 5 to 11 years)

The National Wraparound Childcare Programme describes childcare provided outside standard school hours, before and after-school and during term time. This Government programme aims to make wraparound childcare available to all primary school-aged children from 8am to 6pm, every school day during term time.

Please help us to share information about wraparound childcare to families across the Bradford district. Please use the official Bradford district wraparound childcare logos below in any of your communications.

  • All Bradford district primary schools can provide a list of approved wraparound childcare options to families needing before and/or after-school childcare. Read our guidance on how to search for wraparound childcare on Bradford Schools Online. Please note you will need to sign into Bradford Schools Online to access the list.
  • Bradford Council is in the process of creating a wraparound childcare ‘online wraparound childcare finder’ - once ready this will allow parents and carers to search themselves for local approved wraparound options across the Bradford district.
