MyInfo - what will I find on my account

MyInfo is an online system that allows you to manage your own Council Tax or council benefits information. MyInfo is split into 2 parts

1. Access your Council Tax account and view your council benefit summary

• view your Council Tax account
• view your council benefits account and any recent payments – note you must have a Council Tax account in order to view your benefit summary
• update your own contact details
• report a change in circumstances
• upload supporting documents, meaning you don’t have to visit us
• view your property details, such as your Council Tax band

2. View your council benefit documents or apply for council benefits

• report a change in circumstances
• upload supporting documents (for benefits only), meaning you don’t have to visit us
• apply for Council Tax Reduction or Housing Benefit

How do I view MyInfo?

This will depend on which account you’d like to view:

Access your Council Tax account or view benefit summary

You will need:

• your Council Tax reference number, found on your bill
• your MyInfo 10 digit online key - found on bottom right corner of your Council Tax bill.

If you can't find your latest bill, you can request a copy bill. This usually takes about 5 to 7 working days to arrive.

View benefit documents or apply for benefit

For new applications, or to view your benefit documents, you will need:

• your benefit reference number, found on your notification letter
• your personal details (for example your name, address, national insurance number and date of birth)
