Good Shepherd Centre (Project CG10)

Purpose

The refurbishment of the Good Shepherd Centre premises will deliver an outdoor storage area required to store donations of clothes and spots equipment, repairs to the building including roof repairs, internal decorations and internal storage to ensure the space is versatile. The Main hall reduction in ceiling height will help with heating costs and a room dividing system will also provide versatility of the space. The project will improve facilities so it can better serve the local communities.

Position up to April 2024

Some Value Engineering has taken place on the overall project. Next stage is to agree and sign Grant Funding Agreement. Some window replacement has also taken place.
