Family and friends activities

Make the most of the holidays and come join us for a family and friends adventure, we have a variety of courses running from our centre at Doe Park in Denholme, our base at Baildon Recreation Centre and the beautiful Cow and Calf Rocks in Ilkley.

At least one adult must attend and participate with each group and you must book a place for everyone taking part. Individual adults can attend these courses but please note they are not adult only sessions.

Adventure Development Family and Friends Mountain Biking

These sessions are aimed at family and friends groups and at least one adult must attend with each booking. All participants must be able to ride a bike confidently these are not learn to ride sessions. All mountain bike equipment will be provided by us and you will follow some fantastic routes from the centre and surrounding Shipley Glen area.

Adventure Development Family and Friends Climbing

These half day sessions are aimed at family and friend groups where at least one adult must attend and participate. Climb the stunning rocks at Ilkley while learning new climbing skills. No experience necessary and all specialist equipment provided. Meet at Cow and Calf car park.

Doe Park Family and Friends Paddleboard

A fantastic introduction to the ever-growing sport of Paddleboarding. Throughout the session you will be given basic techniques to get on the water safely, balance and move your board around. At least one adult must attend and participate.
