A limited library book service will be available from a portacabin housed in the Memorial Hall car park from Tuesday 28 February until completion of the work.

Opening Hours will be:

  • Tuesday: 9am to 12noon
  • Thursday: 2pm to 6pm
  • Saturday: 9.30am to 12noon

We will endeavour to minimise the disruption to the service as much as possible.

World Book Day 2017

This year World Book Day is Thursday 2nd March. Bradford Libraries have a host of free events and activities for children and their families to enjoy on and around World Book Day. We are very excited that we can offer such a wide range of activities to encourage children to celebrate World Book Day and to discover their local library and reading. This year we also have copies of the World Book Day books to give away to visiting pupils as well as children who come along to our pre-school and after school events.
