SLA Invoice Queries
Welcome to the SLA Invoice Queries section of Fleet Services
All our customers have an SLA (Service Level Agreement), which states what we provide and what the charges are. We endeavour to make it clear and unambiguous, however if you have any queries regarding your SLA or invoices any queries will be answered by contacting our office. Full SLA - which includes all service scheduling service charges and repairs other than avoidable repairs and £250 of any insurance claim. We take the risk of major component failure not you.
Daywork SLA - your vehicles will be insured by us under our £250 excess scheme. However we will only repair your vehicles when you request it. You take the risk of a major component failure, not us.
You will however have to agree to a minimum number of inspections per year. The number will depend upon size, type and vehicle usage.
Minimum Package Deal - If you are a school and operate a minibus we offer a Minimum Package Deal. This can be taken with or without full maintenance.
