Bradford Council aims to provide a waste management service that is efficient, effective and delivers a high level of customer satisfaction promoting community cohesion and equality in all aspects of service delivery.
TV’s and Monitors
Due to a recent change in the Waste legislation, we can no longer landfill TVs and Monitors, so they can’t be taken by our regular Bulk Collection or Wheeled Bin services. We have now been able to arrange a special separate collection for domestic TVs and Monitors. You can request this service by calling the Council helpline on 01274 431000.
If you do not want to wait for an available collection slot, you can dispose of these unwanted TVs and Monitors free of charge at the various Household Waste Sites throughout the district. Each of the sites has an Electrical cabin where any electrical items can be placed. If you are uncertain about any waste items you have, please ask the Household Waste Site attendant and they will advise you further.
