Scheme of Delegation
This scheme of delegation is made under the powers contained in Section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972, the Town and Country Planning Acts, Part 8 of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003, the Council’s Constitution and all other enabling powers. It was approved by the Regulatory and Appeals Committee of the Council on 6 September 2006 and took effect on 11 September 2006
