Householder SPD
The Householder SPD will replace both the existing House Extensions Policy and the Dormer Windows Policy. The new document will provide design guidance on how common types of householder developments can be carried out in accordance with the relevant local planning policies. These policies are set out in the Replacement UDP and include saved Policies: UDP3, UDP8, UR3, D1, D2, TM12, TM19A, BH4, GB5, NE4, NE5, NE6, NE10, NR12, NR13, NR15B and NR16.
Consultation on the scoping Sustainability Appraisal Scoping Report took place between 27th May and 1st July 2008. Please note that this consultation is now closed.
