Bradford Economic Initiatives Division provides regularly updated details of land and property available for industrial and commercial purposes in both the public and private sectors across the Bradford District.
Details of sites and premises are kept on a computer database and individual entries can be printed out on request and posted or faxed usually within one working day. All information is free.
The database includes information received from estate agents, property developers and individuals. Anyone with industrial land, premises or office accommodation for sale or to let can go and have details put on the database free of charge. Information on managed workspaces and industrial units is also available.
