Customer Consultation
The Council uses day to day contact with customers to improve services. We engage with our customers in a number of ways including the use of surveys as consultation is integral to our aim of continually improving services.
A large household survey of residents is carried out every three years asking people for their views on how we deliver services. Information on this survey is available on this page, as is information on the Speak Panel surveys we carry out on an ongoing basis. We will keep you informed of other key customer consultations.
