Bradford South

Bradford South is an administrative sub-division of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, and comprises of the following District Council Wards:
- Great Horton
- Tong
- Queensbury
- Royds
- Wibsey
- Wyke
Geographically, the Area is a patchwork of separate but linked communities, each with their own identity and character.
There is a rich tradition of community engagement and voluntary activity throughout Bradford South. Many neighbourhoods and communities of interest have their own associations, societies, partnership or similar co-ordinatory bodies.
Neighbourhood Forums are held twice a year in every neighbourhood across Bradford South to enable local people to have their say on local issues. Over 1,600 local people attended Neighbourhood Forums in the Bradford South during 2005.
