The Community Play & Activities Development Unit, part of Bradford Council’s Leisure Services - Department of Culture, Tourism & Sport. The Unit:
- Encourages and supports access to play provision for children and young people aged 5 to 18 years of all backgrounds and abilities across the district.
- Raises the standard of play provision by developing a range of social, cultural, educational and positive play activities throughout Bradford district.
What the Unit Provides…
For Children and Young People
You can take part in fun activities with your friends in your local area during school holidays and throughout the year. There is a huge range of provision to help you stay active, including play, games, arts and crafts, inflatable fun, storytelling, dance, drama, sports coaching, fun day trips and much more!
For Parents
We provide access to affordable quality child care, of nationally recognised standards, in neighbourhoods and communities throughout the Bradford district. Schemes registered with our Unit offer a wide range of physical and educational activities based around safe play, the environment and healthy living.
For Play Workers and Leaders
